CDM Technical Project Manager (1)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform a CDM project monitoring function. Making sure that our company’s CDM projects, under management, are progressing through the domestic approval, DOE Validation, and EB registration process. You will be working with the project developers, CDM consultants, DOE’s, and other relevant regulatory bodies during your working day. You will be expected to be able to identify problems or potential issues that may come up as rules are constantly being reviewed and regulatory bodies are being over worked and processing times are being increased.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should ideally have:
　 University degree, preferably in Environmental Management, or related subjects;
　Minimum 2-3 years experience working in the energy/engineering services industry, preferably working with one of the recognized DOE’s TUV, DNV, or SGS;
　Good working knowledge of the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism;
　Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Cantonese optional);
　Strong self motivation, able to work independently and under pressure;
　Strong problem identification and solving ability;
　Ability to travel in and out of China;
　To be stationed in Shenzhen China or Hong Kong.

CDM 技术项目经理 （1名）

工作职责：

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will translate business-related documents. You will produce top-quality English to Chinese and Chinese to English translations on a quick turn-around time. The documents you will translate include but are not limited to legal contracts, marketing materials and financial documents.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should ideally have:
- University graduate with major in translation, language or relevant disciplines;
- 1-2 year of experience in translation of financial or legal documents;
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong self-motivation, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Able to read simplified Chinese; and
- Station in Shenzhen, PRC.

CDM Project Supervisor (2)

Key Responsibilities:
- Business development: identifying new Kyoto Protocol projects for investment in China;
- Negotiating and securing buyer’s deal terms for project investment with Chinese project owners and developers; and
- Post-investment assistance with ongoing project monitoring to ensure timely registration and CER issuance.
Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should ideally have:
　Effective communication, salesmanship and leadership skills;
　Multi-tasking abilities, team attitude and management oriented skills;
　Degree holder in business, science or related discipline;
　2 years+ experience in either the Kyoto carbon markets or a related field in China;
　Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
　Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking, high sense of responsibility;
　Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua; and
　Station in Shenzhen, PRC.
