Call for Papers

The Organizing Committee invites all related organizations and individuals to submit your papers, which are focused on the latest technology of energy, resources conservation and environmental protection as well as their influence on industrial, economic and social development. You can select the above-mentioned topics. Of cause, you can write your paper on the basis of the topic you select in this field. The papers submitted to the Organizing Committee will be included in the collections of the conference.

Please submit your paper via E-mail before Oct. 1. If you cannot submit on line, please submit two copies of the paper, together with an electronic copy on diskette (formatted for 1MB, 1.44 megabyte 3.5” floppy) to the Organizing Committee by mail. The submitted copy must be printed on A4-size (21cm×29.7cm) white bond paper.

Please write the paper in English or Chinese using Microsoft Word97 for Windows 98 or 2000. The paper should be no more than ten pages including space for illustrations. Each paper is required to show a 200-word abstract both in English and Chinese on the first page, which must be submitted in a separate part on the diskette.

Following is the general set-up:
* Fort: Times New Roman
* Font Size: 12pt
* Margins: 2.8cm (top, bottom, left and right)
* Page Numbers: Center bottom
* Spacing: Single-space for all text material

Main author will be confirmed in time after your papers are received by the Organizing Committee. So you should write correctly your address, E-mail, company or institute name and so on.

Facilities of the Meeting Hall

The meeting hall will supply the facility of simultaneous interpretation.

The meeting hall will supply the facilities of projecting apparatus for teaching, slide projector, microphone. If you need the special facilities such as computer projecting apparatus, you are suggested to rent or prepare the apparatus by yourselves.

Material of the speeches will be distributed on site. Speakers should provide the Organizing Committee material of speeches before the session.

There will be drinking fountains and service staffs in the meeting hall.

During the session, lunch will be provided for the attendees.

Meeting language

The official language is English and Chinese.

Cost:

Package Stand ( 9 sq.m.: 3m X 3m):
* Hall 1 (Central Hall): USD3,500
* Hall 2: USD3,000
* Hall 3: USD2,000

The charge includes basic fittings of: space walls with three sides, carpeted floor, sign panel in English and Chinese, 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 2 fluorescent light, 1 power socket (220V/5A) and 1 trash can.

Indoor raw space ( minimum area of 36 sq.m.):
* Hall 1 (Central Hall): USD350/sq.m.
* Hall 2: USD300/sq.m.
* Hall 3: USD200/sq.m.

Outdoor raw space ( minimum area of 50 sq.m.): USD180/sq.m.

Wide Range of Service

* The exhibition will provide a wide range of services to participants:
* Twenty-four hours guarded halls during the exhibition;
* Advertisements in the exhibition halls, including local and nationwide media;
* Arrangements for seminars as requested;
* Setting up of exhibition package stands;
* Assistance to exhibitors' sales;
* General cleaning and maintenance of the common area;
* Advertisement for participants (up to 300 words) will be included in the Exhibition Catalog free of charge．
