CALL FOR PAPERS :

Persons who intend to submit a paper or to participate in the conference, are asked to return the pre-registration form before Nov.30, 2000. Papers submitted should not have been published previously. Paper selection will be based upon extended abstracts of 2-page length (800 words). They should clearly state the purpose, method and result of the work. Two copies of the abstract should be submitted
